By submitting this application, all contestants and their guardians agree to the following terms and conditions for The Crown South Africa Teen Category:
By participating in The Crown South Africa Teen Category, guardians acknowledge that The Crown South Africa is a registered company that operates like any other business, with ongoing operational costs and expenses. It is not a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) or Non-Profit Organization (NPO).
A non-refundable R300 registration fee is required upon submission of the application. This fee covers administrative costs and secures your participation in the pageant.
Contestants are required to secure a R3,000 Noble Sponsorship, which is a mandatory contribution toward supporting their journey in The Crown South Africa. This sponsorship can be obtained from family, friends, or local businesses.
Each contestant is required to contribute R2000 towards the WLCDC, the official charity supported by The Crown South Africa. This contribution is an integral part of the pageant’s mission to give back to the community.
Contestants must sell 10 tickets to the Grand Finale event, which will be held in Johannesburg.
All contestants must adhere to the rules and guidelines set forth by The Crown South Africa. Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the competition.
Contestants and guardians understand and accept that all fees, including the registration fee, sponsorship contributions, and charity donations, are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Contestants and their guardians must ensure they are able to travel to Johannesburg for the official Crowning Ceremony. This is a mandatory requirement for all finalists.
Guardians are required to accompany their teenager to all official events organized by The Crown South Africa, including the Crowning Ceremony and any additional activities scheduled throughout the competition.
By entering The Crown South Africa Teen Category, both the contestant and their guardian fully agree to abide by these terms and conditions, understanding that any failure to comply may result in disqualification or forfeiture of their position in the competition.
