THE CROWN SA PAGEANT REQUIREMENTS

Brand Image Development: Contestants should be prepared to step out of their comfort zones as the pageant emphasizes building a strong brand image and positioning participants as public figures.

Entrepreneurial Skills: Contestants should be ready to enhance their entrepreneurial skills, utilizing the guidance and resources provided by The Crown South Africa pageant.

Age Range: Candidates must be between the ages of 20 and 35, providing opportunities for a diverse group of women to apply.

Ticket Sales: Contestants are required to sell a minimum of 10 tickets for each event organized by The Crown South Africa, including the Grand Finale. This is a compulsory requirement.

Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of R400 is required.

Diversity in Competitors: There are no restrictions on height, weight, or tattoos, allowing for a broad and diverse range of competitors.

Fundraising Contribution: A non-refundable fundraising contribution of R2000 is Required to support the designated charity partnership of The Crown South Africa.

Media Participation: Active participation in media and marketing promotions for the competition’s official sponsors is expected, contributing to contestants’ overall journey and brand development.

Financial Responsibility: Contestants are responsible for all expenses, including travel and accommodation, throughout their participation in The Crown South Africa.

Professional Guidance: Contestants will have access to professional guidance and tools, such as tailored sponsorship proposals and media kits, to assist in reaching their targets.

Professional Conduct: Contestants must act with professionalism and integrity, maintaining a positive relationship with the management team and adhering to all pageant guidelines.

Event Schedule Flexibility: Contestants acknowledge that event dates may change due to external factors such as venues and are expected to adjust their schedules accordingly.

Judging Finality: The decision of the judges is final, and no appeals or disputes regarding the judging process will be entertained.

Contract for Finalists: The top three finalists will be contracted to represent The Crown South Africa for the duration of their reign.

Cost Coverage: Contestants will be required to cover all associated costs of their participation, from the beginning of the journey to its completion.

Training Workshops: Professional training and development workshops will be offered to contestants, focusing on public speaking, branding, etiquette, and entrepreneurial skills.

Organization Structure: The Crown South Africa operates as a fully registered entity and is not a non-profit organization.

Non-Refundable Funds: All funds paid are non-refundable.
